The Melbourne Data Platform User Group (formerly known as the Melbourne SQL Server User Group) is a group for people interested in all things Data related. We run meetings every 2nd Tuesday of the month on topics ranging from traditional on-premises DBA topics, to Business Intelligence topics to Azure and even the occasional Machine Learning topic. We try to cover a broad range of topics and skill levels to give people an opportunity to both broaden and deepen their knowledge. Or meetings normally run for around 90 minutes, with an initial half hour of networking and Pizza followed by one hour technical presentation.
